So, How Does This Process Work??

Initial Phone call
You can discuss your topic or subject matter with our CI Advisor over a Zoom call. These consultations typically last 30-60 minutes.
How it works:
1. Brief Assessment – Answer a few questions by filling out the form, and describing what you want to discuss.
2. Connect call with CI team member, where we can get to know you and gain a deeper understanding of what you are looking for.
3. Exploratory call with our team at Celtic Innovation will match you with a list of the most appropriate CI Advisors, along with costs and schedule the call
4. Connect with your CI Advisor and begin the conversation
5. The Celtic Innovation team will record the conversation & send the mp4 file to you so you can keep it in your archives.
6. At Celtic Innovation, we value your privacy. We will ensure that your data is kept confidential.

Attending Meetings / Workshops
You can have an CI Advisor attend a meeting or workshop, either physically or through video conferencing, to discuss a matter with you and other participants. Or, you could have the CI Advisor represent your company in a meeting with a third party.
How it works:
1. Brief Assessment – Answer a few questions by filling out the form, and describing what you want to discuss.
2. Connect call with CI team member, where we can get to know you and gain a deeper understanding of what you are looking for.
3. Exploratory call with our team at Celtic Innovation will match you with a list of the most appropriate CI Advisors, along with costs and schedule the call
4. You connect with a CI Advisor, agree on time/place, agenda and the CI Advisor’s contribution/role in the meeting
5. The CI Advisor attends the meeting. A brief summary of the meeting will be provided upon request.

Technical Data / Design Review
You could ask our CI Advisor to analyze and collaborate with you on technical reviews of reports, data or important presentations before it’s finalized.
How it works:
1. Brief Assessment – Answer a few questions by filling out the form, and describing what you want to discuss.
2. Connect call with CI team member, where we can get to know you and gain a deeper understanding of what you are looking for.
3. Exploratory call with our team at Celtic Innovation will match you with a list of the most appropriate CI Advisors, along with costs and schedule the call
4. You connect with the CI Advisor, discuss the work, material to be reviewed and the timeline
5. The CI Advisor performs the work and delivers the comments in writing
6. You review the comments, clarify any issues and accept the work
